1oz. sugar
2oz. butter
3oz. flour
1. Cream the butter and sugar.
2. Stir in the flour, knead, roll and cut out using any shape cutter.
3. Cook for 10 minutes at 180 deg C/ Gas mark 4.
Notes:
- 1oz. flour can be replaced with cocoa powder to make chocolate biscuits.
- Using the basic mix, experiment by adding sultanas, cherries or whatever takes your fancy.
