Ingredients
For the sponge mix :- 3 eggs 6 oz margarine 6 oz caster sugar | 4 oz self raising flour 2 oz chocolate powder |
For the sauce :- 3 teaspoon instant coffee 1 oz cocoa ½ pint boiling water to mix | 2 oz nuts 4 oz demerara sugar |
- Pour the sauce over the sponge before cooking at 180° for one hour.
- Turn upside down into a bowl and serve with cream or custard.
